Description

Description: MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. Vascular adhesion molecule 1 (VCAM-1) is a cell surface glycoprotein that is also known as CD106. CD106 is expressed predominantly on endothelial cells and expression is up-regulated during inflammation. The ligand for CD106 is the alpha 4 subunit (CD49d) of the integrin VLA-4 (CD49d/CD29).
