Description

Description: MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. CD235a (Glycophorin A (GpA)) antigen is exclusively expressed on human erythroid cells and their progenitors. These antibodies may be effectively used for differentiation in acute leukemias e.g. presence of the CD235a antigen on leukemia cells indicates an early erythroid cell lineage of the tumor cells.
