Description: MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Cytomegalovirus is an enveloped double stranded DNA virus which in humans (HCMV) is also commonly known as human herpesvirus 5 (HHV-5). Early HCMV proteins are expressed in the nucleus of infected cells within 3 to 24 hours of infection, prior to viral DNA replication.
