Description: Introduction Triton X-100 (Polyethylene Glycol Octyl Phenyl Ether) is a non-ionic surfactant (or detergent). The molecular weight is 646.86 (C34H62O11). It can dissolve lipid to increase the permeability of cell membrane to antibody. The concentration of Triton X-100 in immunocytochemistry is 1% or 0.3%, in which 1% Triton X-100 is usually used for rinsing tissue samples, 0.3% Triton X-100 is usually used for diluting serum, 0.1% Triton X-100 is commonly used for lamp (loop mediated isothermal amplification), preparation of BSA, etc. Components Instructions This product is 100% Triton X-100 solution. It is recommended to prepare 30% Triton X-100 stock solution, and dilute to the required concentration when it is needed. Preparation of 30% Triton X-100 stock solution: Take 3 ml of Triton X-100 and add it to 7 ml of 1x PBS buffer, the mixture is 30% Triton X-100. Dilute the 30% Triton X-100 stock solution with 1x PBS buffer to the required concentration before use. Storage Store at RT. Avoid of freezing. Valid for 12 months. . Cautions 1. This product is for research use only. It couldn't be used for clinical diagnosis or treatment, food or medicine, and can't be stored in residence. 2. For your safety and health, please wear the lab coat and disposable gloves before the experiments.
