Description
Description: MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. EBF3 (Early B-cell factor 3) belongs to the conserved Olf/EBF family of helix-loop-helix transcription factors, which regulate neurogenesis and differentiation. It recognizes variations of the palindromic sequence 5'-ATTCCCNNGGGAATT-3'. EBF3 is expressed in normal brain but is silenced in brain tumors suggesting that it may regulate a transcriptional program underlying a putative tumor suppression pathway.
