Short Description

This product is used for exosomal RNA extraction from serum or plasma. The main principle of this kit is to design and modify the resin that specifically binds to the exosomes according to the membrane structure characteristics of the exosomes (lipid bilayer). The extraction and purification of the exosomes are realized by combining with the components of the lipid bilayer of the exosomes, but hardly with other proteins in the samples. Then the total RNA (including mRNA and miRNA) in the isolated exosomes was extracted by phenol/guanidine salt method. By using spin columns, the exosomes RNA could be easily and quickly purified and eluted.
