Description: Fluorescent DOPC/CHOL Liposomes labeled with Fluorescein DHPE (200nm) High quality LUV liposomes labeled with fluorescein DHPE are ready to use. The liposomes are prepared by the extrusion technology to 200-250nm nm with tight particle size distribution. The product is semisterile filtered through 0.45um filters and filled in autoclaved vials guaranteed to be stable for 3 months stored in refrigerator. The phospholipid, fluorescein DHPE is labeled on the head group with the green-fluorescent pH-sensitive fluorophore, fluorescein (excitation/emission maxima ~496/519 nm).
