PGD antibody [N1N3] detects PGD protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis. Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Green: PGD protein stained by PGD antibody [N1N3] (GTX101703) diluted at 1:1000. Red: alpha Tubulin, a cytoskeleton marker, stained by alpha Tubulin antibody [GT114] (GTX628802) diluted at 1:1000. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

Mouse tissue extracts (50 µg) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PGD antibody [N1N3] (GTX101703) diluted at 1:1000. Description: 6-phosphogluconate dehydrogenase is the second dehydrogenase in the pentose phosphate shunt. Deficiency of this enzyme is generally asymptomatic, and the inheritance of this disorder is autosomal dominant. Hemolysis results from combined deficiency of 6-phosphogluconate dehydrogenase and 6-phosphogluconolactonase suggesting a synergism of the two enzymopathies. [provided by RefSeq]
