Non-transfected (-) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 µg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with COUP TF1 antibody [N3C3] (GTX114835) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Description: Coup (chicken ovalbumin upstream promoter) transcription factor binds to the ovalbumin promoter and, in conjunction with another protein (S300-II) stimulates initiation of transcription. Binds to both direct repeats and palindromes of the 5'-AGGTCA-3' motif. Represses transcriptional activity of LHCG.
