Application Notes
WB: Use at a dilution of 1/500. This concentration is recommended using whole extracts from mouse erythroleukemia cell lines (CB7 and DP16-1) or a human T cell line (Jurkat). Detects a band of approximately 52 kDa. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
