eNOS (phospho Ser1177) antibody detects eNOS (phospho Ser1177) protein at cell membrane by immunofluorescent analysis. Sample: THP-1 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Green: eNOS (phospho Ser1177) stained by eNOS (phospho Ser1177) antibody (GTX129058) diluted at 1:500. Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Untreated (-) and treated (+) THP-1 whole cell extracts (30 µg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with eNOS (phospho Ser1177) antibody (GTX129058) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
