Indirect ELISA analysis was performed by coating the plate with recombinant Human Papillomavirus type 18 E7 protein, His tag (GTX133412-pro) (3.47-0.05 ng/mL). Coated protein was probed with Human Papillomavirus type 18 E7 antibody [HL2789] (GTX639657) (1 µg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.
