Application Notes

ICC: Use at a concentration of 5 µg/ml. IP: Use at a concentration of 5 µg/ml. WB: Use at 2µg/ml using colourimetric detection, use at 5µg/ml when using ECL for detection. GTX13501 detects TCP1 alpha in 20 µg of RK13 heat shocked cell lysate. Predicited molecular weight: 60 kDa. GTX13501 also detects a molecular mass band of approximately 92 kDa. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

Storage Note
