Respiratory Syncytial virus type B Nucleoprotein, DDDDK tag (1 µg, GTX136931-pro) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with DDDDK tag antibody [GT1216] (GTX636630) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Indirect ELISA analysis was performed by coating the plate with recombinant Respiratory Syncytial virus type B Nucleoprotein, DDDDK tag (GTX136931-pro) (84.76-1.32 nM). Coated protein was probed with the specified respiratory syncytial virus nucleoprotein antibodies (1 µg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) or goat anti-mouse IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213111-01) (1:10000) were used to detect the bound primary antibodies.
