Short Description

Spinal cord tissue lysate was prepared by homogenization in lysis buffer. Tissue and cell debris was removed by centrifugation. The product was boiled for 5 min in 1 x SDS sample buffer containing 5% β-mercaptoethanol.

Storage Note

Store as concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening vial. Aliquot and store at -20C or below. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
