Sandwich ELISA analysis of human IL12 protein in duplicate at 600, 240, 96, 38.4, 15.4, 0 pg/ml (50 ul per lane) using GTX79487 as capture antibody (7 ug/ml) and GTX35255 as detection antibody (0.03125 ug/ml). The plate was washed then incubated with Streptavidin-HRP. Detection was performed with TMB substrate. The plate was then stopped with 0.16M sulfuric acid. Absorbances were read on a spectrophotometer at 450-550 nm.
