Indirect ELISA analysis performed by coating plate with recombinant full-length SARS-CoV-2 (501.V1) spike protein, SARS-CoV-2 (501.V2) spike protein and SARS-CoV-2 spike protein (4000-62.5 ng/mL). Coated protein was probed with SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) Spike S1 antibody [GT263] (GTX635708) (1 µg/mL). Mouse IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect bound primary antibody.
