Various whole cell extracts (30 µg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with IL18 antibody [HL1761] (GTX637411) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data for the same cell lines are based on Human Protein Atlas program.

Indirect ELISA analysis was performed by coating the plate with recombinant E.coli expressed, full-length human IL18 protein, His tag (GTX00227-pro) (3.47-0.05 nM). Coated protein was probed with IL18 antibody [HL1761] (GTX637411) (1 µg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.
