Application Notes
Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human CD28 + Human IgG1 Fc fusion protein (GTX65703-pro) at 20 µg/ml (50µl/well) can bind Human CD80 + Mouse IgG2a Fc fusion protein (GTX65734-pro). The EC50 is about 0.05 µg/ml.
