Application Notes

Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized human ICOS at 1 µg/ml (100µl/well) can bind biotinylated Mouse ICOS Ligand + Mouse IgG2a Fc fusion protein (non-lytic) with a linear range of 0.1-1.0 µg/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined by each laboratory for each application.

Short Description

Non-lytic: Acts as a long lasting fusion protein which only binds to the receptor. Mutations to the complement (C1q) and FcgR I binding sites of the IgGs Fc fragment render the fusion proteins incapable of antibody directed cytotoxicity (ADCC) and complement directed cytotoxicity (CDC).

Store at -20C or below. After reconstitution, keep as concentrated solution. Aliquot and avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
