Description: This antibody labels surface membrane IgD on normal B-cells in human lymphoid tissues. Majority of B-lymphocytes in primary follicles and mantle zone lymphocytes of secondary follicles, as well as, some neoplastic B-cell proliferations are positive.

Application Notes
Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin/Frozen) 1:25-1:50. For a three-step avidin-biotin complex system, a dilution of 1:50 to 1:100 should be used as a guideline. The optimal dilution should be determined by individual laboratory. Dilute according to the particular application being used. In general, the 0.05M Borate pH 8.0 containing 0.15M Sodium Chloride, 0.05% Sodium Azide, is a good diluent to use with most antibodies.
