Description: Recognises rat L-selectin (CD62L). In rats CD62L is expressed by a subset of thymocytes, predominantly single positive CD4 or CD8 cells. Expression of rat CD62L is weak, and sensitive detection systems (e.g.. 3 layer biotin - streptavidin techniques) are recommended on some tissues.
