Application Notes
For flow cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution (1:10-1:20) to label 10^6 cells or 100ul washed whole blood. For ELISA: Use at an assay dependent dilution. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the researcher.
