Protein A antibody detects Protein A protein by western blot analysis. Whole cell extracts (0.1ng and 0.1 µg) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Protein A antibody (GTX77597) at a dilution of 1:10000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Indirect ELISA analysis performed by coating plate with recombinant full-length Protein A protein (0.2 µg/mL). Coated protein probed with Protein A antibody (Biotin) (GTX127324-02) (14-10000 pg/mL). The peroxidase streptavidin secondary antibody (1:10000) detected bound primary antibody.

Recommended Starting Dilutions: For WB: Use at a dilution of 1:1000-1:10000. For ELISA: Use at a dilution of 1:5000-1:40000. Optimal dilutions should be determined experimentally by the researcher.
