Specificity
A 19-aa synthetic peptide mapping near the C-terminus of rat 11b-HSD2 (1), coupled to KLH. No significant sequence homology is seen with 11b-HSD1 or other proteins. Species homology: The rat peptide is not well conserved in mouse and human 11b-HSD2. We recommend the use for mouse and human 11b-HSD2, H9117-80 and H9117-50H respectively.
