Specificity
Recognizes human IgA. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum, Human IgA and Human Serum. No reaction was observed against Human IgM or Human IgG. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% crossreactivity against other human heavy or light chain isotypes.
