Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. The fibronectin receptor is a member of the integrin class of cell suface receptors. This receptor is composed of an a5 and b1 chain. Integrins recognize the sequence R-G-D in their ligands.
