Description

Description: MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. CD29 is the integrin B1 chain which is expressed as heterodimer non-covalently associated with the integrin subunits 1 to 6 (CD49a to CD49f) and known as very late antigens (VLA). It is also called platelet GPlla. It has been reported as receptor of fibronectin. The antigen mediates cellular adhesion primarily to collagen, laminin or fibronectin. It has a broad cellular reactivity but is not expressed by erythrocytes. In normal peripheral blood CD29 blood CD29 is found on approximately 41% of T cells, 40% of CD4+ T lymphocytes, 43% of CD8+ T lymphocytes (1). It is slightly reactive with peripheral B-cells. The co-expression of CD4 and CD29 allows the identification of the helper/inducer subpopulation of CD4 lymphocytes.
