Description: Antibody clone HL134 has been validated to identify SARS-CoV-2 viral spike protein subtype S1 in paraffin-embedded human tissue specimen by immunhistochemistry (IHC). HL134 has been demonstrated to be highly specific exclusivly against S1 subtype, thus allowing differentiation of SARS-CoV-2 viral spike protein subtypes in infected patient-derived tissue, further supported by dianova-portfolio of subtype specific IHC antibodies.
