Description: Antibody clone HL257 has been validated to identify SARS-CoV-2 viral spike protein subtype RBD in paraffin-embedded human tissue specimen by immunhistochemistry (IHC). HL257 has been demonstrated to be highly specific exclusivly against RBD subtype, thus allowing differentiation of SARS-CoV-2 viral spike protein subtypes in infected patient-derived tissue, further supported by dianova-portfolio of subtype specific IHC antibodies.
