Description: This targeted toxin recognizes cells that express the Neuropeptide natriuretic polypeptide b (Nppb or BNP) receptor. Nppb-SAP is a bonded toxin between mouse BNP-32 and the secondary conjugate Streptavidin-ZAP (IT-27) containing the ribosome-inactivating protein, saporin.

Nppb-SAP eliminates Nppb-receptor expressing cells. All other cells are left untouched. It is not suitable for retrograde transport.
