Description: Integrin αLβ2 is one member of the integrin family and also called leukocyte function-associated antigen-1 (LFA-1). It is widely expressed on T lymphocytes and controls the function and, in particular, the migration of immune cells[1]. Active αLβ2 can bind ICAM-1/CD54, ICAM-2, ICAM3 and JAM-1[2].
