Description: Itk/Emt, a tec family tyrosine kinase, is important for T-cell development and activation through the antigen receptor. Itk/Emt can induce the generation of important second signals (PKC, Ca2+) and can modulate their duration by maintaining the stability of scaffolding complexes through regulation of cytoskeletal reorganization.
