Description: Exalphas' rat and human ERK 1/2 kinase detects native ERK 1/2 kinase by immunoprecipitation in rat and human (HeLa) cells. ERK 1/2 kinase is induced by mitogenic stimuli such as growth factors which function by stimulating the phosphorylation and activation of ERK 1/2 kinase resulting in new gene expression.
