Anti-YFP-SAP is a bonded conjugate of biotinylated mouse monoclonal antibody to an N-terminal peptide-KLH conjugate representing GFP from the jellyfish Aequorea Victoria, and the secondary conjugate Streptavidin-ZAP (IT-27) containing the ribosome-inactivating protein, saporin.
