Description: MaxLight™ 550 is a new Yellow-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™546, 555, DyLight™549 , Cy3™, TRITC and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (550nm); Emission (575nm); Extinction Coefficient 150,000. Human Luteinizing Hormone (hLH) is found in the anterior pituitary gland. It induces ovulation and regulates progesterone and estrogen production by the ovaries and testes. LH levels are measured to aid diagnosing the source of certain infertility problems and to ascertain the existence of a pituitary tumor.
