Application Notes
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000. Western blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 35kD band in Human Colorectal Cancer lysates after 1 ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 45.0kD according to NP_001231605.1 and 54.1kD according to NP_060741.3. The 35kD band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
