Application Notes
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000. Western blot: Approx 30kD band observed in Human Placenta lysates (calculated MW of 27.9kD according to NP_000587.1). Recommended concentration: 1-3 ug/ml. An additional band of 55kD was consistently observed, however this band was not blocked by the immunizing peptide and it is therefore a non-specific signal.
