Application Notes
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000. Western blot: Approx 40kD band observed in lysates of cell line K56 (calculated MW of 40.8kD according to NP_000365.3). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 ug/ml. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 28kD. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
