PPAR Gamma antibody LS-B2818 is an unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody to PPAR Gamma (PPARG) (aa1-16) from human. It is reactive with human and monkey. Validated for GS, ICC, IHC and WB. Tested on 20 paraffin-embedded human tissues.
Polyclonal
Short term: 4°C Long term: Aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Immunohistochemistry: LS-B2818 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B2818 was determined to be 2.5-5 ug/ml. Western Blot: 1:500. Detects a band of ~56kD.
