Application Notes
The 4S. B3 antibody has been tested as the detection antibody in a sandwich ELISA for analysis of human interferon-gamma (IFN-gamma) in combination with the purified NIB42 (LS-C107081) or MD-1 antibodies for capture and recombinant human IFN-gamma as the standard. A suitable range of concentrations of this antibody for ELISA detection is 0.5-2 ug/ml. A standard curve consisting of doubling dilutions of the recombinant standard over the range of 1000 pg/ml - 8 pg/ml should be included in each ELISA plate. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
