IL-23 p19 antibody LS-C107124 is an unconjugated mouse monoclonal antibody to human IL-23 p19 (IL23A). Validated for ELISA, SwELISA and WB.
Application Notes
The 473P19 antibody has been tested as the capture antibody in a sandwich ELISA for analysis of human IL-23 (p19p40) protein levels in combination with the biotinylated (p40-specific) C8.6 antibody for detection and recombinant human IL-23 as the standard. A suitable range of concentrations of this antibody for ELISA capture is 2.5-8.0 ug/ml. A standard curve consisting of doubling dilutions of the recombinant IL-23 standard over the range of 2000 pg/ml - 15 pg/ml should be included in each ELISA plate. TMB, rather than ABTS, should be used as the substrate. The antibody 473p19 also works in immunoblotting under both reducing and non reducing conditions at 2 ug/ml.
