Application Notes
Suitable for use in ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Functional Studies. Flow Cytometry: 1:50 (10 ug/ml) labels 5x10^5 cells. Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections): 1:50 acetone fixation is recommended. Immunohistochemistry (paraffin sections): 1:50 block with 20% normal rabbit serum. Functional Studies (remove sodium azide): Neutrophil depletion. Mice were tested with NIMP-R14 given intraperitoneally at a dose of 1mg, 6 hours before injection. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
