Application Notes
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Not recommended for Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot: Mouse peritoneal macrophages treated with 22-R-hydroxycholesterol and T0901317 (stimulating ABCG1 expression). Recognizes a band at ~75.6 kD. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
