Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunocytochemistry and WesternBlot. Other Applications not tested.Recommended Dilution:Direct ELISA: 0.5-1ug/ml. The detection limit for recombinanthuman Neuroglycan C is approximately 0.3ng/well.Western Blot: 1ug/mlImmunocytochemistry: 10ug/ml was used to detect NeuroglycanC in sections of adult mouse cerebellum. Cells were fixed withPBS containing 4% paraformaldehyde for 20 minutes at roomtemperature and blocked with PBS containing 10% normaldonkey serum, 0.1% Triton X-100, and 1% BSA for 45 minutesat RT, After blocking, cells were incubated with dilutedLS-C123249 for 3 hours at RT followed by NorthernLights 557donkey anti-sheep lgG at RT for 1 hour. Between each step, cellswere washed with PBS containing 0.1% BSA.Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher
