Application Notes
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Neutralization. ELISA (capture): 0.2-0.8 ug/ml. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml. Detection limit for rcaIL-12 is ~50 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Neutralization: The ND 50 was determined to be ~0.1-0.5 ug/ml in the presence of 25 ng/ml of rcaIL-12, using PHA activated human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs).
