Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation, and In-vitro activation of B-cells. Flow Cytometry: 10 ul/1E6 cells. (PE/CY5 combination conjugate is used as a third fluorochrome in multicolor flow cytometry applications when only a single 488nm excitation source is available. Antibodies are covalently coupled using heterobifunctional linking reagents, resulting in an optimal conjugation format for flow cytometry). The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
