Function: Binds to an epitope located within the first three n-terminal loops of CD106. This mAb blocks lymphocyte and eosinophil adhesion to CD106. It has been reported to work in IHC (frozen section) and Western blot. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
