Useful as second antibody in immunoassays, such as ELISA's (good binding on plastic), immunohistochemistry on frozen sections and for affinity chromatography of murine IgG1. The specificity of monoclonal antibody anti-IgG subclasses is determined in a range of optimal concentrations. Increasing of the first or second antibody at a high level can induce cross-reactions with other IgG subclasses. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
