Suitable for use in ELISA, Radioimmunoassay, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. ELISA/RIA: 1:500. Western Blot (non-reduced): 1:500. Blocking should be with 1-3% BSA. Recognizes a 140kD band under non-reducing conditions. Immunohistochemistry: 1:250. Immunoprecipitation: 5 ul to precipitate alpha4 from 5x1E6 cells.
